Arcadis is a leading global planning and consulting company for the natural and built environment, seeking a Commercial Project Manager to enhance their Energy Transition team.

In Short

• Responsible for commercial processes in large network expansion projects.
• Conduct billing processes with clients and partners.
• Perform project controlling regarding costs and timelines.
• Conduct ongoing comparisons of planned vs. actual during project execution.
• Create internal annual financial statements for projects.
• Engage in forecast planning.
• Manage contracts and amendments.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• Experience in planning projects with a commercial focus.
• Good knowledge of contract law, including HOAI and VOB.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Ability to work at the interface between planning and finance.
• High comprehension and technical understanding.
• Independent and structured working style with analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and high engagement.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
