Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that Stream Data Centers adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves monitoring and evaluating compliance issues within the organization, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions.

In Short

• Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal and external security assessments and risk analysis.
• Examine and evaluate internal controls based on security and privacy standards.
• Perform audit testing of controls.
• Work closely with various departments to manage compliance risks.
• Maintain Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool.
• Assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs.
• Prepare metrics and reports for management on compliance objectives.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a compliance or IT audit role.
• Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
