Modera Wealth Management is seeking a Compliance Analyst to manage compliance monitoring and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

• Manage compliance monitoring and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in wealth management or financial services.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Star Compliance, Salesforce, and Tamarac is a plus.
• Experience in compliance or internal audit is desired.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with regulatory changes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
