Modera Wealth Management is seeking a Compliance Analyst to manage compliance monitoring and testing, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Manage compliance monitoring and testing.
• Conduct OFAC/AML reviews and testing.
• Assist with regulatory filings and compliance reporting.
• Participate in staff training on compliance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in wealth management or financial services.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Star Compliance, Salesforce, and Tamarac is a plus.
• Experience in compliance or internal audit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Occasional travel may be required.
