In Short

• Contribute to the management of daily firm-wide trading, rebalancing, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure proper execution of client and advisor requests.
• Support the maintenance of a centralized portfolio management platform across multiple offices.
• Assist in the administration and management of the portfolio rebalancing software.
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a preference for finance, statistics, math, or computer science.
• Experience in Tamarac rebalancing and portfolio management platforms is preferred.
• Pursuit, or completion, of financial analyst or financial planning coursework, such as CFA, CFP, CAIA, is a plus.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a demand for a high degree of accuracy.
• Highly proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• Knowledge of investment-related taxation and portfolio construction topics desired.
• Team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm, as well as with clients.
• This position interacts with the entire advisory team, along with our operations and compliance departments, and requires excellent interpersonal skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.
