• Join the Aircraft Integration Team at Otto Aviation.
• Lead design, fabrication, and assembly of aerospace prototypes.
• Select materials and fabrication methods for prototypes.
• Translate concepts into functional hardware.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Document build processes and test results.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for integration requirements.
• Perform trade studies for aircraft decisions.
• Participate in supplier on-site builds.
• Develop cost estimates for mockup designs.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of rapid prototyping experience.
• Skills in CATIA V5/V6/3DX preferred.
• Hands-on experience with shop tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and industry standards.
• Basic understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with RTCA DO-160G and FAR Part 23.
