Overview

As a Third Party Supplier Manager, you will play a crucial role in selecting and managing third-party logistics providers to enhance HeliosX's global fulfilment capabilities and support international growth.

In Short

• Lead the supplier selection and onboarding process for third-party fulfilment and logistics partners.
• Collaborate with the International Expansion team to identify new territories for suppliers.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are effectively managed.
• Set and track supplier KPIs.
• Manage supplier relationships from contract negotiation to operational execution.
• Drive issue resolution and performance recovery plans.
• Validate monthly invoices for timely payments.
• Develop reporting dashboards for performance visibility.
• Ensure contracts align with business growth.

Requirements

• Experience managing third-party logistics partners.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in pharmacy or healthcare preferred.
• Familiarity with multi-region fulfilment operations is a plus.
• Good knowledge of health and safety processes.
