Overview

The Global 3rd Party Supplier Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our global third-party supplier network to ensure seamless supply chain collaboration.

In Short

  • Oversee and optimize the global third-party supplier network.
  • Manage demand planning, supplier performance, lead times, and contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align supplier relationships with company strategy.
  • Optimize the 3rd-party product portfolio and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Contribute to key company targets including order book conversion and revenue realization.
  • Reduce complexity through SKU minimization and streamlined supplier management.
  • Achieve cost benefits by improving supplier performance and optimizing procurement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational supplier management or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in SIOP, demand planning, and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in supply chain analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SAP ERP.
  • Knowledge of category management and strategic sourcing principles.
  • Background in process improvement methodologies.
