Overview

The HR Manager for Compensation & Benefits EMEA will provide structure and support in HR processes and report relevant HR data to stakeholders.

In Short

  • Manage monthly HC reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Control EMEA-wide headcount and personnel cost planning.
  • Calculate financial data for accruals and year-end closing.
  • Prepare forecasts and manage salary increase and bonus rounds.
  • Lead global projects for salary and incentive schemes.
  • Act as HR administrator for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage Change Requests Cycles with stakeholder alignment.
  • Support global-wide special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in HR, finance, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits tasks.
  • Experience in an international work environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Affinity for IT systems and processes.
  • Good command of English.
  • High level of communication skills across countries.
