As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager at Zooplus, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the global compensation strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures that align with the company's evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits at a managerial level.
  • Ability to design and evolve rewards strategies.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits systems.
  • Familiarity with European compensation practices.
  • Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes.
