Overview

The Senior Analyst – Autoship and Loyalty Programs at zooplus will leverage customer data to drive insights that shape strategy, boost retention, and enhance growth across various markets.

In Short

• Analyze customer behavior and loyalty program performance.
• Make data-backed recommendations for program adoption and retention.
• Support senior stakeholders with actionable business narratives.
• Own campaign performance analytics from setup to post-analysis.

• Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports.
• Ensure data quality and consistency in reporting.

• Act as a loyalty data insights expert.

Requirements

• Degree in analytics, business, or related field.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of retention and loyalty KPIs.
• Bonus: Python and experience with CRM platforms.
