Senior Program Analyst - Remote

Overview

PingWind is seeking a qualified Senior Program Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

In Short

• Provide technical support in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of program initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope and timeline.
• Contribute to and coordinate the development and delivery of work products, reports, and metrics in accordance with contract requirements.
• Support program tasks including program operations support, deliverable management, and program management support.
• Map and track dependencies and remove team blockers.
• Interact with customers and peers within the government in a professional manner.
• Analyze policies, procedures, and systems making recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier IV Moderate Risk Background Investigation.
• Possesses an ownership mentality and is a self-starter with high level of drive.
• Expert-level communicator who knows how to manage expectations proactively and clearly.
• Possesses extreme attention to detail and high standard of excellence/quality for all work products.
• Flexible, able to adapt to different groups, personalities, and expectations.
• Has experience working in and across cross-functional teams.
• Possesses strong appetite for teamwork and collaboration.
• Knows when to ask for help.
