Senior Medicare Program Analyst - Remote

Overview

The senior Medicare Program Analyst will work cross-functionally within the team, helping develop a purpose-driven analytics platform to maximize our analytics capabilities and performance.

In Short

• Develop proprietary solutions for analytics in Medicare Value-Based Care Program.
• Automate MVBC analytics processes for superior service.
• Improve performance and scalability of databases, SQL scripts, and SAS programs.
• Design and run ETL programs for data extraction and transformation.
• Ensure data integrity and develop Quality Assurance checks.
• Document technical processes for future reference.
• Collaborate with IT and third parties to enhance business analytics.
• Learn Medicare regulatory landscape related to healthcare data.

Requirements

• Proven record in building automation and scalable analytics using SAS and SQL.
• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or a quantitative major preferred.
• Experience in health plans, ACOs, or analytics preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake environment preferred.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Benefits

• Base pay range of $82,500.00 to $110,000.00.
• Eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%.
