Senior Programmer Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Programmer Analyst will design, write, and maintain processes related to the CRM ecosystem, developing the necessary IT and business expertise to provide computerized solutions and maintenance for assigned project/system areas.

• Code, maintain, test, and debug subsystems to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Provide strategic advice on system changes, considering feasibility, maintainability, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and solutions.
• Lead the development strategy for business components interacting with the CRM ecosystem.
• Research and recommend innovative architectural solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Establish and apply best practices for design, development, deployment, and system performance.
• Administer and manage the Salesforce platform, including configuration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead technical resources, ensuring quality deliverables within a project.
• Propose and anticipate system changes and new technologies to remain competitive.
• Participate in application support on-call as needed.

Requirements

• University/college degree in computer science (or equivalent).
• 8 years of development experience (required).
• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce is a plus).
• Experience with Informatica is a plus.
• Versatility with multiple applications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (French/English written and verbal).
