Overview

KSA Integration is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support Marine Corps Community Services in program planning, reform, and analysis.

In Short

• Support Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) program planning and analysis.
• Lead efforts in optimizing resource allocation.
• Manage Common Output Levels of Service (COLS) reporting and performance metrics.
• Facilitate budget development and execution monitoring.
• Organize governance transformation groups and reviews.
• Develop prioritization frameworks and optimization tools.
• Coordinate MCCS-related conferences and assessments.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or a Master's with 5+ years.
• Secret clearance required.
• Strong writing skills for reports and decision briefs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of logistics/program management OR Master’s with 5+ years.
• Expert knowledge of DoD or USMC PPBEA frameworks.
• Secret clearance required.
• Strong writing skills for reports, decision briefs, and plans of action.
• Experience with governance transformation and budget oversight.
• Experience working with COLS.
