Overview

As a Senior Sales Analyst at zooplus, you will provide advanced analytics services for the loyalty and customer engagement teams across Europe, driving data-driven decisions to optimize the loyalty program and enhance customer engagement.

• Provide analysis using SQL and Excel to support loyalty initiatives.
• Lead analytical topics related to loyalty and customer engagement.
• Create visualizations and present insights to top management.
• Drive analytical projects in alignment with the data science team.
• Analyze customer-specific datasets to uncover insights.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and comprehensive analysis of loyalty program data.

Requirements

• University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration with an analytical focus.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer loyalty and retention strategies.
• Experience in data modeling with Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms preferred.
