Point B is seeking a dynamic and analytically oriented Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with Point B’s vision and competitive practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in compensation management.
  • 3 years working with employee benefits.
  • 5 years in professional services or consulting industries.
  • Experience designing sales incentive programs.
  • Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles and laws.
  • Top-tier analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in compensation software, preferably Workday.
  • Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
