At AUTO1, we are seeking a professional to join our team and lead global compensation and benefits analysis.

In Short

  • Analyze compensation grades across all markets for internal equity and compliance.
  • Coordinate local and international benchmarking efforts.
  • Collect and ensure accuracy of compensation data across systems.
  • Present detailed reports on compensation trends and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with People Teams and business leaders for data-driven recommendations.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or HR.
  • Expertise in analyzing compensation data and market trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 100% remote role based in Spain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or HR.
  • Experience in compensation analysis and benchmarking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and preferably another European language.
