People Business Partner – Production Center - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a People Business Partner for our Production Center. Join the People Business Partnership Team and be responsible for implementing our HR strategy. Collaborate with management to drive strategic projects and support leaders through training and targeted coaching, enhancing our organizational culture and effectiveness.

In Short

• Advise stakeholders at all levels on HR-related issues and support them in building high-performing teams.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with leaders to advance topics like organizational structure, leadership training, performance management, and employee satisfaction.
• Manage onboarding processes and ensure a great employee experience for new hires in our Production Centers.
• Handle daily tasks such as structural changes, salary benchmarking, and feedback cycles.
• Enhance HR processes and develop HR policies for your Production Centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with practical experience in HR Business Partnering, Consulting, or Business Development.
• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Excellent time and project management skills with a structured approach.
• Proactive and solution-oriented personality with confidence to communicate at senior management level.
• Fluency in German (minimum C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level).
