Third Party Vendor Manager - Remote

Overview

Coinbase is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Third Party Vendor Manager to oversee and manage third-party vendors within the compliance domain for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.

In Short

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on vendor management processes.
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with vendor relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations with third-party vendors.
• Use Lean Sigma principles to identify and solve problems.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
• Generate reports and dashboards on vendor performance.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Regular travel to vendor site in Dallas, TX required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations/vendor management.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance domain.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of managing vendor relationships.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in vendor management tools and MS Office Suite.
