Join our team as a Senior Support Consultant and become the go-to expert for solving complex challenges! This role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact for customers in the housing sector.

In Short

  • Role can be remote or hybrid, subject to location.
  • Work on a mix of technical troubleshooting and customer interaction.
  • Full training on products provided.
  • Normal hours are 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday.
  • Cover Canadian hours one week in every 10.
  • Collaborate with a team to resolve application support issues.
  • Ensure efficient issue handling using ITIL best practices.
  • Develop technical support documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Help customers deliver essential housing services.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills for querying databases.
  • Experience supporting web-deployed applications.
  • Good understanding of service delivery within SLAs.
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Experience with NEC Housing is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
  • Familiarity with APIs and integration tools.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification preferred.
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills.
