Housing Senior Support Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Housing Senior Support Consultant will provide application support for NEC’s Housing solution and related software components, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while adhering to ITIL best practices.

In Short

• Role can be Office Hybrid or Remote, covering Canadian hours.
• Provide technical assistance and application support to NEC customers.
• Ensure support issues are handled following ITIL best practices.
• Develop and implement technical support procedures and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue generation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Housing software and affiliated applications.
• Experience in supporting applications deployed using web technologies.
• Good customer relationship skills are essential.
• Experience working with the Public Sector is preferred.
• Must have the ability to work within defined SLA’s.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Housing software and add-on applications.
• Experience with NEC Housing is preferable.
• Proven track record in application support.
• Ability to generate and manipulate SQL scripts.
• Experience delivering support services within pre-defined timescales.
• Good customer relationship skills.
