Overview

The Support Consultant is a RICS product expert responsible for supporting clients, partners, and team members within the RICS organization.

In Short

  • Retain client subscriptions by providing RICS product education and issue resolution.
  • Assist partners with product inquiries and ensure hardware orders are processed accurately.
  • Provide responsive support during business hours via email, chat, and phone.
  • Achieve a client service level agreement of 2 business hour response time.
  • Produce clear, succinct, and high-quality communications.
  • Accurately record all activity in the client database.
  • Investigate and document production issues.
  • Escalate feedback themes and issues for timely resolution.
  • Assist with Help Center and FAQ article creation.
  • Perform user acceptance testing for solutions to client problems.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a software support or client-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and web-based applications.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
  • Comfort with support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with retail operations is a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate.
