Overview

As a HR Support Consultant at Employment Hero, you will work within the Customer Experience team to support clients after they 'go-live', ensuring their continued success with the Employment Hero product.

In Short

  • Provide support to clients post-implementation of the Employment Hero product.
  • Resolve customer tickets, calls, and queries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the support team for best practices and education.
  • Analyze product functionality and identify user errors.
  • Triage and manage customer support issues.
  • Handle HR escalations for clients.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and internal workshops.
  • Escalate bugs and product concerns as necessary.
  • Work with customers across multiple channels for support.
  • Utilize tools like ZenDesk and Salesforce for record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Relevant HR industry experience.
  • Experience in high-change environments.
  • Prior customer experience in a SaaS environment (preferred).
  • Customer-first attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A tertiary degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification (nice to have).
