Requirements

• 3–5 years of design experience, ideally in agency and in-house roles.
• Portfolio showcasing smart, stunning, brand-led, digital-first designs.
• Strong design sensibility with intentional decision-making.
• Experience integrating AI into design workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Experience in motion design and storyboarding.
• Ability to design across various platforms and mediums.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles with wireframing skills.
• Curiosity and proactivity in trying new ideas.
• Ability to balance detail-oriented execution with big-picture thinking.
