In Short

• Responsible for gathering information and delivering training to customers.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Work with HR and Payroll teams to deliver outcomes.
• Design and deliver implementation workshop content.
• Educate clients on best practices using Employment Hero & KeyPay platform.
• Respond to customer queries during implementation.
• Build strong relationships with Customer Experience team members.
• Ensure data accuracy in business management systems.
• Continuously improve delivery processes.
• Provide guidance to team members as a subject-matter expert.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of training experience, client-facing.
• Knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements.
• Experience in payroll or HR implementations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume project portfolio.
