Implementation Consultant, HCM/Payroll - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for supporting the implementation and trainings for Anthology Finance, HCM & Payroll solution for higher education institutions.

In Short

• Lead the implementation team through the full cycle of the implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements.
• Conduct project reviews to ensure compliance and quality.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the HCM/Payroll application.
• Drive continuous process improvement in the implementation methodology.
• Own customer service escalations and transition to Support team.
• Promote a culture of high performance and training opportunities.
• Approximately 25% travel required.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with HR and Payroll processes.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Software troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven effective listening skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in team environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
