Overview

The German Payroll Implementation Consultant will gather data necessary for setting up payroll projects in the German payroll engine, manage the project from data gathering to the first month of go-live, and ensure a smooth transition to payroll production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Knowledge of German payroll and HR legislation.
• Experience with SAGE HR Suite.
• Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (C1).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Client management experience is a plus.
• HR-related experience would be advantageous.
