IRIS Payroll Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The IRIS Payroll Implementation Consultant will lead the implementation and deployment of the IRIS payroll portal at Tandem, ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and seamless integration with HR and Finance teams.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end implementation of IRIS Payroll software.
• Configure system settings and ensure accurate payroll setup.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance for seamless integration.
• Conduct system testing and resolve issues prior to go-live.
• Train staff on using the IRIS payroll system.
• Administer monthly payroll and ensure accuracy.
• Provide pre- and post-implementation support and documentation.
• Identify new working methods to avoid double-entry.
• Work on other projects as required.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience with IRIS Payroll.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
• Experience in creating and amending payroll processes.
• Teamwork ethos and flexibility for other projects.
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Bamboo HR is beneficial.
