Support Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Support Consultant, you will ensure that the client’s SuccessFactors software is running smoothly through incident and problem resolution as well as through continuous system development.

In Short

• Resolution of SuccessFactors incidents and problems
• Management of system and email notifications
• Helptext management and documentation maintenance
• Set up and cross-check of system permissions
• Testing of new release features and settings
• Support of the client’s end users through ticketing system
• Understanding of the system configuration and client’s HR processes

Requirements

• Graduated high school
• Communicative level of English
• Very good communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Technology savvy, especially with Microsoft Office
• Self-driven and hardworking
• Able to work independently and in a team
• User or configuration experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Communicative level of German is an advantage
