Overview

As a HR Support Consultant at Employment Hero, you will be responsible for supporting customers post-implementation of the Employment Hero product, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Provide post-go-live support to clients.
  • Respond to customer tickets, calls, and queries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the support team to educate customers.
  • Analyze product functionality and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage escalated HR issues for customers.
  • Conduct internal support workshops.
  • Work across multiple communication channels.
  • Utilize tools like ZenDesk and Salesforce for ticket management.
  • Contribute to customer care processes and feature requests.
  • Maintain a customer-first attitude in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Relevant HR industry experience.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-change environments.
  • Customer experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A tertiary degree in Human Resources is a plus.
