Senior Manager, Client Services - Remote

Overview

The Senior Area Manager, Client Services will be a key member of the fast-paced Client Services Organization, working cross-functionally to lead a team that provides outstanding customer service to Oncology healthcare providers and sales support.

In Short

• Oversee a team responsible for inbound and outbound calls to customers, providers & patients.
• Lead a team of 25+ that aligns with the field sales organization.
• Build Client Services strategy in collaboration with the Center of Excellence.
• Direct account managers to ensure problem cases are resolved quickly.
• Drive projects and initiatives with sales leaders.
• Manage team communication while demonstrating a positive image.
• Establish training programs and create training materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for client and internal escalations.
• Evaluate data from CRM and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or similar discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in pharma, diagnostics, or healthcare.
• 5+ years managing a remote customer service team.
• Prior experience in the Oncology space is preferred.
• Ability to run excel functions and generate reports.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving goals/objectives.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to work independently.
• Extensive knowledge of using and designing workflows in SFDC.
• Flexibility with working hours and ability to travel domestically.
