In Short

• Partner with HR Operations team and business leaders.
• Execute human capital and organizational strategies.
• Develop solutions to complex HR challenges.
• Deliver value-added service in employee relations and performance management.
• Conduct regular meetings with business units.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Support merger and acquisition activities.
• Identify training needs for business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Prior HR or relatable experience required.
• 1 year experience in resolving employee relations issues.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
