In Short

• Own the closing process, including reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Lead process improvements and motivate stakeholders.
• Assist in technical accounting matters and enforce policies.
• Lead analysis of accounting standards and recommend solutions.
• Take a lead role in the company’s annual audit.
• Be a liaison between Accounting and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Excellent accounting and operational skills with a strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experienced people manager with sound decision-making skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
