Overview

As an Accounting Manager at Paxos, you will lead financial closing processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide insights for decision-making.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and financial closing processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in public and private accounting.
• Experience in start-ups or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA license.
• Experience managing accounting staff.
• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP or similar software.
• Drive for continuous improvement in accounting operations.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
