HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

As an HR Generalist at 1KOMMA5°, you will support employees throughout their journey in the company, acting as a point of contact for people-related questions and working closely with the People & Culture team.

In Short

• Support and advise employees and managers on HR-related topics.
• Implement and optimize HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle.
• Assist in the recruiting process, including job postings, applicant management, and onboarding.
• Manage personnel administration, including contract and reference management.
• Ensure compliance with labor law regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Human Resource Management or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR function.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
• Experience with HR software and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Initiative, teamwork, and high service orientation.
• Willingness to travel within the branches.
