They are seeking a Web Support Specialist to join their collaborative team. In Short

  • Support public-facing client websites by executing timely and accurate content updates using internal content management systems.
  • Ensure all site updates meet regulatory, brand, and quality standards through frequent quality checks.
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with clients to keep them informed about the status of requests and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Facilitate high-impact website content changes, including webcasts, presentations, disclosure documents (such as press releases and financial reports), and ESG materials.
  • Balance multiple client requests, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot technical or content issues independently and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
  • Occasionally support critical client events or escalations outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in client service, web content management, or similar delivery-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and ticketing platforms (such as Zendesk or Jira).
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS; basic familiarity with JavaScript or jQuery is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience supporting clients in regulated or financial environments is considered an asset.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours for urgent client needs and critical project delivery.
