IT Acquisition Technical Lead - Remote

Overview

The IT Acquisition Technical Lead will provide strategic technical leadership for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), supporting IT integration functions including Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Applications, and End User support.

• Collaborate with M&A Deal Team and stakeholders on acquisition integration projects.
• Gather technical and business requirements through various methods.
• Perform risk management to identify and mitigate acquisition IT-related risks.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for integration projects.

• Conduct due diligence reviews to support IT integration planning.

• Plan and implement IT infrastructure and manage office buildouts.
• Act as primary PM for office closures and moves.

Requirements

• 7+ years of M&A IT integration project experience.
• 5+ years in infrastructure operations.
• 3+ years coordinating with Infrastructure Engineers.
• 3+ years with Cloud Computing or SaaS Solutions.
• 3+ years with Agency Management Systems.
• Ability to manage technical projects and coordinate activities.
