Wealth Billing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Wealth Billing Specialist will manage the wealth billing process using Tamarac, ensuring excellent customer service and timely completion of billing tasks.

In Short

• Manage the wealth billing process in Tamarac from end to end.
• Generate, review, process and reconcile monthly and quarterly billings.
• Manage account receivable collections and delinquent accounts.
• Assist with month-end billing activities and account reconciliation.
• Onboard new acquisitions into Tamarac and perform shadow billings.
• Provide customer service regarding payment issues or discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to advisor requests.
• Additional projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with Tamarac or Envestnet wealth billing is required.
• Must be extraordinarily detail-oriented.
• Highly skilled in Excel Spreadsheets.
• Skilled in MS Office with good verbal and written skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
