The Billing Specialist will be a critical component to Personalis' 2025 business goals, increasing billing and collection efforts while ensuring expediency in processing payments.

• Collect and review patient information needed for billing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; BS/BA preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in billing and insurance.
• Exceptional phone etiquette.
• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing software.
• Able to analyze problems and strategize solutions.
