Overview

As a Patient Care Coordinator at Personalis, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to providing excellent service as we grow our diagnostic business, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and oncology offices.

In Short

• Manage communication with patients, physicians, and labs using Salesforce/Service Cloud.
• Follow up with physicians for missing test requisition information.
• Coordinate procurement of tissue samples for testing.
• Manage patient mobile phlebotomy appointments.
• Address patient questions regarding clinical testing.
• Communicate testing status to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely report delivery.
• Support clinical sales team with customer inquiries.
• Work with billing team to obtain patient records.
• Monitor and resolve service-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years in a physician/patient facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a results-driven setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows or laboratory operations is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce/Service Cloud and LIMS preferred.
