As a Patient Care Coordinator at Sprinter Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient processes for patient visits, focusing on high-volume outbound calls to validate provider information while delivering exceptional patient care.

In Short

• Make high-volume outbound calls to validate provider fax numbers.
• Update provider directory with current information.
• Review and validate inbound faxes from providers.
• Utilize resources to contact providers when fax numbers can't be verified.
• Confirm patient provider information and update as necessary.
• Ensure all next-day appointments have necessary documentation.
• Work with healthcare counterparts to obtain missing appointment information.
• Escalate questions and concerns to clinical managers or supervisors.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and high-quality care.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a clinical healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Experience with Zendesk is preferred.
