Overview

The Patient Engagement Specialist will be the first voice of Sprinter Health, introducing our in-home health services to patients and encouraging them to schedule appointments.

In Short

• First point of contact for patients at Sprinter Health.
• Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily.
• Book an average of 14 appointments each day.
• Educate patients on the benefits of in-home services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless patient experience.
• Utilize an auto-dialer tool for efficient communication.
• Escalate patient concerns to appropriate teams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and high-quality service.
• Temporary position through Dec 31, 2025.
• Completion bonus provided.

Requirements

• Residence in the eastern time zone.
• 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience.
• 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels.
