As a Patient Engagement Specialist at Sprinter Health, you will play a crucial role in introducing our innovative in-home healthcare services to patients, encouraging them to schedule appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.
• At least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience.
• 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality service.
