As a Patient Engagement Specialist at Sprinter Health, you will play a crucial role in expanding access to healthcare by engaging patients through outbound calls and introducing them to in-home health services.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Mountain Time Zone.
• 2 years of outbound call center experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage various communication channels.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality.
