Sprinter Health is seeking a Market Strategist to join the Strategy & Operations team, focusing on designing, launching, and scaling the go-to-market and operating model across various territories.

• Design and execute regional operating strategies for market launches.
• Build scalable frameworks for workforce planning and capacity modeling.
• Continuously refine market plans based on demand and partner priorities.
• Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Partnerships.
• Develop optimized schedules for mobile clinicians based on demand.
• Monitor market performance against clinical and financial KPIs.
• Lead strategic projects related to growth and efficiency.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations or similar fields.
• Strong data fluency with tools like SQL and Python.
• Experience in high-growth environments preferred.

• Experience with capacity planning and operational execution.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare or marketplace businesses is a plus.
