As an Operations Strategist, you'll build and optimize scalable operational systems for fast-growing creative and service businesses, focusing on transforming their internal operations into efficient workflows.

In Short

• Build custom ClickUp or Notion workspaces from the ground up
• Design smart workflows, automations, and dashboards that save hours per week
• Audit bloated tech stacks and streamline operations into a single clean flow
• Connect tools like Slack, CRMs, Notion, and ClickUp
• Train teams on how to use the systems you build
• Maintain and optimize systems post-launch based on real-world use
• Own implementation from start to finish — strategy, setup, and follow-through

Requirements

• Built systems for 3–5+ agencies using Notion or ClickUp
• Personally owned full implementation from blank slate to working product
• Rolled out systems that stuck
• Connected tools in creative, time-saving ways
• Led ops transformation projects that directly impacted growth and efficiency
• Acted as the go-to systems person in your org
