Requirements

• 5+ years leading SEO teams.
• Experience managing teams of 5 or more members.
• Portfolio demonstrating revenue impact from SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in enterprise SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Ability to think strategically about business growth.
• Experience with profit/loss responsibility.
• Strong communication skills for client presentations.
• Based in Latin America, South Africa, or Eastern Europe.
• Available for EST business hours.
• Must have a clean video setup for client calls.
