We are hiring an SEO Director to lead and elevate our agency’s search engine optimization offering. This senior role involves crafting the strategic SEO vision for multiple client accounts and overseeing execution to drive organic growth.

Requirements

8–12 years of SEO experience with a proven track record.
Deep expertise in technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
Familiarity with AI and automation in SEO workflows.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SEO tools.
Experience leading and mentoring SEO teams.
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated success in improving organic performance.
Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and trends.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
