Operations Strategist - Remote

In Short

• Initiating and leading special projects
• Support Operations team in driving consistent, productive, efficient processes
• Manage KPIs and project management for key initiatives
• Provide ongoing operational support within the portfolio
• Manage internal & external communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years work experience in business operations or related field
• Experience with project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic financial modeling skills
• Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides
• Bonus: exposure to the startup world
• Bonus: familiarity with project management and business analytics tools
